1.

A 2014 Kickstarter post that mentions the filming of their collaboration: https://archive.is/LtA5j

" After Toronto we headed to San Francisco where we further filmed Depression Quest developer Zoe Quinn and Nathan Grayson as they work-shopped their next game. "

The GameLoading FB photo shows Grayson sitting next to Quinn and the guy who operated the camera during the San Fran filming. You can find it easily by following the link from the Kickstarter post that mentions the photos they took in San Fran: "For our Toronto and San Francisco photos click here."

3.

Proof from Twitter that the filming occurred around the end of May 2014: http://archive.is/QFEon, http://archive.is/MKctL

ANNNNNNNNNNDDDDDDD the 4/2015 Kotaku article: https://archive.is/z88kc

This is way past requiring disclosure, BTW. Grayson didn't disclose because a) that would prove he was lying about never working with Quinn and b) a game "journalist" does not collaborate with developers on game development in the first place. In theory.

The fact that he wrote about GameLoading later means there was backroom dealing with the film makers. This is outright fraud on Nathan's part.
