Don't have much to add to the title. I've given the same gentle challenges to both sides, and right now it's conservatives who are acting much more fair and engaging, while liberals throw temper tantrums and ban anyone who isn't 100% in their court on every single issue. I fucking canvassed for Bernie in the primary in '16. Fast forward to 2018 and I'm banned from /r/SandersForPresident for making a post suggesting that the left clarify its position on immigration and come up with something that doesn't effectively amount to open borders (what a Nazi I am, right?!)

At least y'all have so far chatted it out with me. Shit, I even sometimes end up with positive comment scores here. This is the mark of maturity. I still don't agree with Trump on quite a few things, but the left seems determined to push me right into your arms, so… fuck 'em.
