I may not vote for president in the primary in Nebraska. It was a done deal in 2016 by the time it got to us. Im in third district, and @RepAdrianSmith is doing fine. Governor, though, Im all in on and only one of the candidates is a non-starter: Pillen the RINO.

If you go too far forward, it ceases to be a survival game. Go to a more appropriate rule set, I say. Modern, spies, superheroes (my genre), cyberpunk, sci fi. Once the dungeons cease and the dragons disappear, it isn’t #DnD , even if its built off the same ruleset.

#DnD rules base should be the survival game. Roleplay goes on top of that, but the roleplay should remain authentic to the basic setting, even if magic is involved. That setting can range from primitive to the start of the age of gunpowder.

There’s a debate about session zero for #ttrpg.

I don’t hold what they are calling session zero. I meet with each player individually, go over their character concept, and take notes on npcs I should make for rp.

I never, ever have had to talk to players about safewords.
