Most of you are probably aware of the Imam, probably from posts here about his previous bans from Facebook. Like this one from a month ago where he was banned for mocking Hamas (legally designated a terrorist organization in many countries including the United States and the European Union) or this one from 1 yr ago which appears to be pretty much for the exact same thing as what's happening to him now.
This morning @facebook unpublished my Like page for no reason. I appealed and no response yet. Now they have blocked my personal account for 30 days for uploading my own picture as my profile image. This has been there since February. I am now thinking of suing FB. Any lawyers?
Within 12 hours, @facebook has completely unpublished my like page with over 100K followers, for no reason whatsoever, I appealed and no response; and just now they banned me for 30 days on my personal account for uploading my own pic as the profile picture.
Complete censorship. All I do is criticise extremism, terrorism, and call for reform and the establishment of peace. I did nothing wrong.
Curious as to how a brown Muslim giving the peace sign violates "community standards"
