Is there any word on when Andorians will be playable for Discovery toons?

So i really do not want to make another Human or Vulcan character. I was hoping Andorians with the new facial features (like with shran) would be available. Has cryptic given any word on when this might happen? I'm holding off on making a Discovery character until Andorians are available.
